Ray Reduque practices complex civil litigation in federal and state courts and administrative tribunals throughout the country. He has represented firm clients from a broad spectrum of industries, such as the health care, commercial insurance, medical device, and high-tech manufacturing industries. The wide range of matters Ray has handled for these clients have included antitrust and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) class actions, commercial contract disputes, state consumer protection suits, and products liability litigation. Ray also has experience representing clients in civil and criminal investigations initiated by federal and state agencies. In addition, Ray has appellate-work experience, defending foreign nations in various federal courts of appeal in actions implicating the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Ray was an associate with another international law firm in New York City, where his practice focused on representing clients in civil and criminal antitrust suits. While in law school, Ray was active in a number of student organizations, including the Virginia Journal of International Law, the school’s Pro Bono Criminal Adjudication Project, and various Asian Pacific American student initiatives. In college, Ray was a member of NYU's men’s soccer team.
